The sanctuary spa suite was amazing! The hot tub was really big and the mood lighting and sound system was a nice touch. The sauna in the room was a little cramped but still good. The TV had Netflix and the coffee machine was stocked up. Breakfast was delicious! There was a large selection of cooked breakfast in a Buffett style as well as continental. We had a great room. We booked the Preferred Club Junior Suite Swim Out Ocean Front. We did this suite since we were not sure with Covid, if we wanted to be at the party pool or the Preferred pool. However only 4 mini beers in the fridge, we ended up going to Oceana bar to get refills of beer. We tried room service but took 50 minutes for 2 glasses of mimosas. When you pay that much for a room, it should really come with extra perks. The dining was ok, Oceana and Portofino were our favorites. Disappointing was the Himitsu. We really wanted sushi, but due to Covid limited menu options. There were only 3 rolls to pick from, Tuna, a fried roll and some other roll. No sashimi at all, we like yellowtail but sadly no. The bartenders at the Preferred bar were amazing. Also, special shout outs to these people that really made our stay wonderful and why we would want to go back: Miguel and Esther at Oceana, they really made my birthday special.
